Extract the Downloaded File
Right-click the ZIP file
Locate the downloaded .zip file on your computer, then right-click it to open the context menu.
Extract with WinRAR or 7-Zip
Choose Extract Here or Extract to folder using WinRAR or 7-Zip. Both are free tools available online.
Open the extracted folder
Browse into the extracted folder. You will find the Office installer files inside ready to use.
Step 2 — Install Microsoft Office 2024
Critical — Remove Old Office First: If any previous version of Microsoft Office is installed on your device, completely uninstall it and restart your computer before proceeding. Installing Office 2024 alongside an older version will cause activation failures and errors.
Locate the setup installer
Inside the extracted folder, find the file named Setup.exe or the Office Click-to-Run installer.
Run Setup.exe as Administrator
Right-click Setup.exe → select Run as administrator. This ensures Office installs with the correct system permissions.
If Setup.exe shows an error — use the Click-to-Run file instead
If running Setup.exe gives an error or fails to start, look inside the folder for a file named Click-to-Run (e.g., OfficeClickToRun.exe or similar). Right-click that file and select Run as administrator to start the installation instead. This is the alternative installer included in the package.
Wait for installation to complete
The installation takes approximately 5–15 minutes depending on your system speed. Do not close or interrupt the installer at any point.
Close the installer when finished
Once the installation is complete, close the installer window. Microsoft Office 2024 is now installed on your device.
Step 3 — Activate Office 2024 Pro Plus LTSC
Open any Office Application
- Open Microsoft Word, Excel, or any other Office application from the Start Menu.
- When prompted, enter your Office 2024 Pro Plus LTSC product key (from your license dashboard).
- Click Next to proceed.
Select Activation Method — Telephone
- On the activation screen, choose: "I want to activate the software by telephone."
- Click Next.
Choose Your Region
- Select your country or region from the dropdown.
- Choose India (or the region provided with your license).
- Click Next.
Copy Your Installation ID
A multi-part Installation ID (usually 9 groups of numbers) will appear on screen. Carefully copy the complete Installation ID — you will need to submit it in the next step.
Submit Details & Get Confirmation ID
Use the form below to enter your Order Number, Email, and the Installation ID you copied. You will receive your Confirmation ID to complete the activation.

Enter your order details and Installation ID to receive your Confirmation ID instantly.
Enter Confirmation ID in Microsoft Activation Window
Go back to the Microsoft telephone activation screen. Enter the Confirmation ID you received into the provided field and click Next. Your Office will be activated immediately.

You can confirm by opening any Office app → File → Account → Activation Status. It should show Product Activated.
